Build-a-Dog Training or Bad Training’s mission is to build dogs. Building dogs requires many things to be put into place to build a well-rounded dog. From early puppy socialization, to foundational communications, to correcting reactivity. A well rounded dog is confident, neutral to their environment, has a deep bond with their humans, has an “off-switch” and can handle stressful situations with ease.

There is no set time limit on a how long it will take a dog or puppy to learn their foundations, or learn which behaviors are undesired. It takes time, patience and consistency from the owner/s as well. Bad Training also builds humans, and their confidence in their own training and handling of their dogs.

We aim to bring more balanced training to the Treasure Valley community.
